I am a senior in HS and I wanted to explore reading in a more vocal way. I think a lot about the books I read and I am very opinated about what I read so I wanted to share these opinions with who ever reads this blog. If nobody reads this blog then hey whatever I wont be upset.<br /><br />I am not writing this blog because I think I have something to offer that is profound. I am writing this because I think I have a unique perspective on the books, poetry, and essays I am reading.<br /><br />So, I guess I should tell you what I am reading. Well. dearest reader if you are out there, I am reading Les Miserables by Victor Hugo and translation by Julie Rose. This book is HUGE! 1200 pages my dear readers!<br />I am only on page 210. Why you ask have I made so little progress well let me list my many and somewhat valid excuses: school, tennis, the ACT in 7 days and counting, family, pottermore, mugglenet, and my need to sleep. Oh and I got upset, I read all about Fantine and her cutting her hair and pulling her teeth and becoming a whore. Well she did all of that and those people were basically abusing Cosette. It made me sick.
